What is the event about?
Much more than your normal fair’ to gather ideas and collect flyers which will be forgotten within a few days, this event intends to provide visitors with some tangible results and action steps that can be taken away and implemented in your everyday life.

The entry ticket includes:
3 consultations, each consisting of 45 minutes with the facilitators of your choice.
e.g. you may choose a life coaching or personal training session with the objective of developing a personalised plan, and then add some pampering ‘me’ time with a Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage or Seated Chair Massage session (please see the buy ticket page for more options). There is also the option of a guided visualisation for relaxation or to seek guidance or direction with a reading.

In addition you have the opportunity to participate in a 45 minute mini laughter workshop with Narayani Guibarra.

Who is this event for?
Have you ever had New Years resolutions and didn’t stick to them? Are you planning some changes in your health, career or relationships but don’t know where to start or how to go about it? Then this is the right event for you to set you off to a perfect start.

If you are simply curious to find out what a life coaching or personal training session is about, then “Re-invent your Life” is the place to try out and meet different professionals. Or how about just enjoying a fun and inspiring day out?

How much?
£85 (this includes 3 consultations, each consisting of 45 minutes–face value minimum £200 and a 45 minutes laughter workshop)

This event is supporting a charity called ‘POD’. POD has helped to bring a little magic, fun and laughter into the lives of many thousands of sick children in hospital over the last 28 years.
